I don't think some people get the whole OWS thing at all
Small town resident: 'They're looking for nuts in the wrong places'

MOSIER, Ore. -- It's one of the smallest towns in the Northwest. But it's now home to Oregon's newest Occupy movement.

The Occupy Mosier camp began Friday in the tiny town on the Columbia River between The Dalles and Hood River. And not surprisingly, there are some who like the addition to Mosier's First Avenue and there are those who don't.

...

Kevin Lyddon isn't buying it. He added the bottom line to the opposition sign -- the "leave us alone" part. He thinks Occupy Mosier is a slap in the face to hard-working residents.

...

"I just don't want anyone to get hurt," said city councilman Hector Kent, who added that he supports free speech, but wonders about Mosier's image. "I'm concerned the term 'Occupy Mosier' gives the impression there's something wroing going on in the town, something negative about the town. I just hope from all of this people can see what an interest town this is."

1. It *would* require admission that "something's wrong".

2. I think all of this goes back to the refusal in the U.S. to allow free assembly...
from the anti-loitering laws (laws to prevent free assembly), and the arrests and provocation of protesters, the U.S. has an unconstitutional TRADITION of preventing free assembly.

This has got to change. OWS is changing that.

But the bankers who do the foreclosures aren't?

4. I think the editors have all been dropped into another dimension..
I'm finding grammar and spelling errors in nearly every story I see posted now..

5. A dimension known as unemployment.
Editors? We don't need no stinking editors.
