New York Times: Second Accuser Says Bialek's Story Sounds Familiar
http://livewire.talkingpointsmemo.com/updates/1689?ref=fpblg

From http://thecaucus.blogs.nytimes.com/2011/11/07/accuser-details-lewd-behavior-by-cain/?hp">the Times:

In an interview after Ms. Bialek’s news conference, Joel P. Bennett, a lawyer for one of Mr. Cain’s anonymous accusers, said that Ms. Bialek’s claims were “very similar” in nature to the incident that occurred between his client and Mr. Cain.

2. So Cain has been practicing his suave technique with women for quite some time
Not exactly the image of Presidential gravitas, is it? In fact, it might lead him to become the first Presidential candidate to be charged with a crime.

3. Theater. Gotta love it.
I do not believe that Cain could have ever been nominated. I'm waiting for accusations of high tech lynchings, or some such other colorful turn of phrase. It's genius, though, to counter accusations of endemic racism throughout the GOP by giving this guy the lead until taken down by reports of improprieties. And Rush has fodder for the next 8 weeks or more. This will please him, I'm sure.

Obama looks good next to any one of their contenders. He'll be reelected by some margin, and the Republi-won'ts will gleefully continue their won't-ing. It's a perfect setup for dysfunctional government well into the next decade.

5. My worry about this is that it might be a smoke screen
I see what is happening at the local and state levels. In reality the presidency is nothing without local, state and congressional support. I think that the end game is being played out right now.

6. The end game played out here a while ago at the state level.
I'd make a reference to Ben Nelson here but there is no Democratic challenger, so ignore this editorial note.
