Seems To Me If Cain Wanted To Clear His Name He'd Let The NRA Release ........ |
|
Edited on Tue Nov-08-11 12:49 PM by global1
any info from the confidentiality agreements that were said to be signed with the women that settled their "sexual harassment" claims against him. Get it all out in the open. The facts of those are there. They just need them to be opened up. However, if he won't let that happen - then it appears that he is hiding something.
Another observation - why haven't more women come out and express their outrage against Herman Cain? One claim could have been just a political dirty trick. Now though - we have 4 and I heard this a.m. possibly a 5th woman coming out with similar claims. Seems to me that there is a behavioral pattern here for Cain.
Also - he's raising more money since these allegations came to light? Really? First - I don't know why people would reward him for these behaviors and second - why throw good money after bad?

1. FWIW, legally It's not his call to make |
|
The settlement agreement is a contract between the organization and the individual women.
Cain can ask them to release the details, but he has no say in whether they do or don't.

3. Then Cain Needs To Ask Them To Release The Details ..... |
|
if he really thinks the allegations against him are false - then he has nothing to lose in asking the NRA to release the details. If he doesn't do that - it appears that he is hiding something. However - if he is still in the good favors of the NRA - they can help him if he asks them to release the details and they don't. Then he could blame it on them that - he in good faith asked for the details to be released - but it's their decision - I can't help it if they don't want to release them.

2. I say Cain was never a serious candidate (see Rachel Maddow's report) |
|
and he will soon fall off the radar, richer than when he started, thanks to his "brothers from another mother" the Kochs. If the facts about his sexually harassing ways bring him down quickly, that's all to the good. Meanwhile, he can continue making fools of those who support him, and when he's done, they'll moan and groan about him being a victim of the "looney left". Whatever. The sooner he's outa here, the better.
