4. Just posted one from the NYT w/a little more info. It's only
4 minutes old (or was when I was copying it) so it's just now breaking (I posted in LBN)

7. Paterno isn't going to resign just yet. Penn State is having a killer season
I've said it before and I'll stand by it - if PSU beats Nebraska this weekend then I suspect that JoePa will 'retire' at the end of the season but if they lose he may be out next week.

I know it's disgusting to say that but PSU is probably freaking out about all the football dollars they could be losing because of this. Getting a Bowl Bid might be the only way to salvage this season.

8. I think he'll soon announce that he's leaving at the end
of the season. I think PSU and Paterno will try to ride it out that long, unless more details emerge.

9. I have to agree unless the Nebraska game is a blow-out
I think they should win this weekend but Nebraska is always a tough game and before the scandal it would have been a close match-up. If Nebrakska routs PSU then I would suspect Paterno will resign next week. But if PSU wins then Paterno will wait it thru the rest of the season.

10. Whatever, I guess Joe just wants to spend more time with his family.
;-)

But he has won more football games than has Silvio. ;-)

11. Paterno actually didn't take real action when he heard about the pedophilia in 2010
according to the LA Times Grand Jury document. I think he should resign. Screw the good season and the damn greed.
