It's a common mistake that many people make; You mistake things for 'hope' because you want to SEE hope; but most of what you call 'hope' lacks the audicity of childlike wonder, unbounded by the limitations of that which is POSSIBLE...
So, most of what we all hope for isn't really 'hopeful', it's just what we fucking EXPECT.
And that is not at all the same thing.
Hope? Hope for what you think you can get, and that's all you'll ever do.
I HOPED for someting once, and time itself stood still, and I understood EVERYTING that had ever happened to me all at once, and I saw it all laid out before me like a Chessboard with a million squares and everything I had ever done in my life was a move on that board that had lead to that moment.
Looking at that chessboard, every move I MIGHT have made was a move that had lead up to that moment.
