'You're fed up with him - I have to deal with him every day!'

Sarkozy: 'I can't stand him... he's a liar' Obama: 'You're fed up with him - I have to deal with him every day!' What presidents said about Israeli Prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu

An unguarded moment at the G20 is set to pile huge embarrassment on presidents Barack Obama and Nicolas Sarkozy.

The pair were caught out having a private dig at the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during talks last week in Cannes.

...

Mr Sarkozy is then overheard saying: 'I cannot stand him. He is a liar.'

Mr. Obama is reported to have replied: 'You're fed up with him, but I have to deal with him every day!'

2. Who the hell likes "Bibi?" On a GOOD day, he is a noodge. On a bad day, he is an
intractable asshole. And that is probably what most of his allies would say about him.

Hey, every country has a jerk running the show every now and again.

Can you imagine the conversational snippets that happened around the cocktail parties, working group meetings, and urinals of power vis a vis Porgie? I'm sure they were nowhere near as temperate as this exchange.

13. He may have the "Manage Bibi" portfolio for all we know.
He probably arm-wrestled Secstate Clinton and the loser got stuck with it, and she made damn sure to slam his wrist to the table to avoid having to deal with the guy.

Lol!

Too bad Netanyahu hasn't got enough self awareness to be mortified, as he should be.

4. Consider on top of all of his other crimes, Bibi
has the back of the Ultra Orthodox (sexist, homophobes, racist) Jews who have never accepted the enlightenment.
Bibi is intolerable.

6. I have to deal with him every day.
Really?
Seriously?
Every single day?
The US president has to spend some of his precious time on Netanyahu every day?

Now this is a real reason to worry.

Who exactly IS running the show in DC?

7. What's embarrassing about it?
Netanyahu cannot be trusted to compromise to reach a Mideast peace. True, there are many untrustworthy sorts in that neck of the woods. Nevertheless, Netanyahu is no less a liar than was Gee Dubyah and he is not helpful.

bullshit.

17. Most of the world is fed up with his bullshit.
Power is derived through fear, and Netanyahu knows war and fear go hand in hand.

The Right Wingers in this world hate peace. Peace is the end of their source of political power.
