Is WI going to have a general election about collective bargaining like
Ohio just did? Can they have one if they get enough signatures on a ballot?

2. That'll be even more fun than a referendum.
I somehow suspect that Walker isn't going to be able to buy and cheat his way through this one.

4. If Ohio rejected issue 2, I think Walker is toast - WI is more
blue than Ohio is.
