I don't know whether he has a yacht, but now and then when I get depressed at the greed and glutony we read so much about, I'm reminded that there are good people everywhere. It's an adage I keep telling myself so I don't lose faith in mankind altogether, and I often find confirmation.

3. I saw that over the weekend

I didn't think it would bother me, but when they got to the part where a owner could no longer stand the proletarian $100m boat he had and needed the $250m one... I changed the channel.

That these yacht builders are booked solid making toys that cost as much as some islands while workers take concessions, is maddening. I wonder how they tell their own employees that "times are tough, and we all have to make sacrifices".
