Vick was caught, he was punished and he served his time in jail and did community service after he left. And even though he really wants to own a pet he is still barred from doing so. Vick didn't have a bunch of coaches and university presidents who were willing to ignore the problem and let Vick continue to abuse dogs.
Maybe if Sandusky was a black coach they would have punished him back in 2002.
