Question about OWS and papers being dropped from windows

I am trying to confirm or debunk an email message that I received showing a picture of a paper or document that supposedly was mass dropped from Wall Street windows telling the people they are only hurting themselves and Obama has made main street a consumable for Wall Street.

Is there any truth to it?

It seems to be the Wall Streeters' feeble attempt at humor; teasing the protestors, or something.
