CNN now .... PSU students gathering and chanting .....
..... We love Joe Pa!

I have no idea how many students are there or how the the student body feels over all but this is sick.

The President of PSU knew, Joe Pa knew, and the A.D. knew about "it" from as far back as 1998 and their in action let more little
boys be raped by a serial child a serial child molester. How can people cheer for what turns out to be people who protected and hid
evil?

Sandusky and his wife fostered. Not to mention the ones he adopted. I hope they are okay, and, if not, that they come forward.

33. The foster system is a great place to find vulnerable children
to abuse physically, emotionally and sexually. Even better than boy scouts or the Catholic church. And it happens a LOT.

22. at least one of those was adopted against the birth mother's will
The biological mother of one of his adopted sons (Matt) testified in front of the grand jury earlier this year:
http://www.pennlive.com/midstate/index.ssf/2011/11/jerry_sandusky_a_penn_state_un.html

Among those who testified was the mother of Sandusky’s youngest adopted son, a boy he met through The Second Mile, took in as a foster child and later legally adopted as an adult.

Matt Sandusky’s mother, Debra Long, told The Patriot-News that she had raised concerns about the behavior of her son and Sandusky once her son went to live with the Sandusky family in 1995.

“We tried to stop it back then,” Long said. “We were dragging it to the court system all the time and we couldn’t prevent it. It upsets me, because these kids didn’t need to go through this.”

Almost as if the court system could have aided and abetted his activities. I find that a rather troubling thing to think about.

30. first you deny, then you bargain, then you get angry, then
you go into the street and chant, then you slink away in shame. they are standing with a man who enabled and kept around him a man who raped eight year old boys. Apparently he brought kids to games to have them around him for sex and that meant everyone who saw them there knew why they were there including paterno. The punk kids at PSU are shaming the school so badly, they can't know. I would die if my kid were there doing that.

in the Catholic Church over the decades. Absolutely revolting and reprehensible.

It may make people aware of how to prevent their children from becoming victims.

7. Anybody who chooses a college based on its football program is a loser*
*Unless you are yourself a football player.

But you have a lot of college kids these days who just have to have the whole college experience: frats, sororities, booze, football, wild spring break, booze, sex, pot, and maybe an occasional class or two.

They won't have to face consequences for their actions in the same way a student does who is financial aided up the ass.

26. Nice Broad Brushing...
My children went to college and I paid their way. I'm fortunate to be able to do that and they would be able to join a very competitive work world without any debt. They've worked their asses off...one with a mssters in education; teaching in a inner city school and the other on his way to a masters in hopes of working with non-profits. I never thought being debt free would have to be defended...sheesh...

They applauded when Cain basically told the CNBC lady he was above questions about harassing women and the women should just shut up about it because there are more important things than sexual assault of women.
