Republicans have created a FRANKENSTEIN ! |
|
And they don't know what to do with him.
All they know is that they have to get rid of him.
He has captured the soul of the Republican Party. They don't like to see him attacked. He speaks to their inner demons.
But, they know he has to go.
How can they get him out of the race without looking like they are stabbing him in the back? Maybe they can blame the Democrats or the liberal media for destroying him? How many more victims must come forward?
In the meantime, he continues to tear apart their laboratory where they create cookie-cutter candidates with catchy slogans and perfect hair. Their formulas are strewn about the floor. What to do with this Frankenstein??

3. The Frankenstein isn't the particular ignorant nut that has been |
|
raised to frontrunner status, the monster is the GOP base who put him there. Herman Cain will go away, the GOP may be stuck with the increasingly unpopular teabaggers for quite some time.

11. Forget the book deal...the real money for Herm is staying in the race. |
|
These recent disclosures are solid gold for Herm. The base is loving him and no amount of future scandals will change that. The GOP knows that Herm is a disaster for them and the longer this goes on, the worse it is...Romney gets no political oxygen because Herm has all the buzz.
The way out is to pay Herm off. When Herm suddenly drops out, I expect he'll have hit the biggest payday of his life. I think he's done this before...the NRA probably paid him off. Pillsbury probably did, too.

4. Once Cain's poll numbers hit bottom and the money dries up .... |
|
Cain will step out of the main spotlight and the majority of the media will stop talking about him just like in the case of PALINstein.

9. But the money is NOT going to dry up |
|
The Koch Brothers are funding Cain. I suspect that the "million" dollars Cain raised in the last week is all shuffled money from the Kochs. The Kochs make $25M PER DAY! Handing out a million dollars to Cains campaign every two weeks is like someone here on Du buying a friend lunch.
And the Kochs KNOW Cain isn't going to win the nomination too! They just want more distractions, more mouthpieces. They want to control the agenda, and the Koch brothers do this with "fake" candidates. Look how far they have pushed Romney to the Right.
I don't even see Rick Perry dropping out... all the candidates are going to Iowa!
Personally, I think this is going to back fire on the Right, the more the public sees these clowns speak, the more mistakes they make... Rick Perry is a scripted fool who can't even remember his lines, and his base doesn't care!
The Repug base doesn't care "who" the candidate is, as long as they attack the Left. They are chosen BECAUSE they will do as they are told.
I am starting to think that the RIGHT actually get what they want no matter what party the President is from... when they are in power, they screw up but still get it done and move the corporate agenda along. And when they are out of power, they use it to rally their base, and move the same agenda just as easily.
The Tea Party was an invention of the Koch Brothers to move the public discussion to the Far Right, and they accomplished that! They won! Now everything even close the the center-right is considered "moderate".
After Obama wins re-election in 2012... the Koch Brothers still win!

And surely nobody expected McCain and Palin, of all people, especially Palin herself!
The fun has just begun :)

I think a neat mid-seven dollar figure would do it nicely. The longer they wait, the more it's gonna cost them.
