Manhattan lawyer Richatd Katz sues spa over free breakfast
A Manhattan lawyer wants over a half-million dollars from an exclusive downtown gym for failing to feed him a proper breakfast.

Personal injury attorney Richard Katz said he sued Setai Club & Spa Wall Street Tuesday after he was kicked out for complaining about the decline of the complimentary meal they bragged about.

“It was a full-blown hotel breakfast,” said Katz, 53, who lives in the West Village with his wife. “I’d go to the gym in the morning, have a spa and a nice quiet breakfast and do some work — they mucked it all up.”

He re-upped his membership after being told that problems with the meal were only temporary.

2. Asshole.
I guess he felt he was personally injured. I hope he slips and falls face first into his cold runny scrambled eggs.

fired everyone then sold it's the name to china. Then claim his hands were tied.

This guy is just an arrogant prick with a false sense of self entitlement and a colossally misplaced sense of priorities.

8. There are literally a million places in Manhattan where you can get a good breakfast.
Hell, he could probably call and have it delivered wherever he happens to be.

10. I first thought this might have been the same
guy who sued a White Castle in NY because the booths weren't large enough for his 290 pound frame. No he was a stockbroker but maybe they're related. Does pomposity run in families?
