If 97% of the Country makes 250,000 dollars and under, why don't we just Bail out Americans. All those who have worked in the last Ten years while they have been Stealing OUR MONEY out of the Economy should get a MILLION DOLLARS. And we Stimulate the economy ourselves. Take State and Local Taxes off the top. Now they have an influx of cash. We pay down personal debt. Pay off homes. Fix up existing Property. Expand Home based Business.Pay of Student loans.(Which also can be deducted from Million.) Pay off Child Support( Deduct from Million).Buy houses. Buy Cars. Buy clothes. Pay off Bills. And let us Re-Organize and Re-Structure the Finances of Americans. Oh and for those who are under water you get to pay it off and hopefully have something left over. You could do things for Family members who have bee out of work or forced to live with others. We know how to stimulate our own economy. More demand for product means more employment. And buy American when possible. It Can WORK. Anybody Want To ASK??? Its under 300 million, CHEAPER (republicans love CHEAP) than all monies given in bailouts. Let all Americans know they have a Chance for a Cool Million and they won't REJECT it. Congress will, but the people won't.Make it a one time American Stimulus. With no Pay back at ALL. Take all Taxes off top and We Stimulate the ECONOMY!!!Occupy our pockets with a Million.
HERMAN CAIN YOU GOT YOUR 999
AND I GOT MINE MINE MINE
My plan sounds better. The top three percent got their's already!!!!They had a Ten Year Holiday!!!

"Its under 300 million" More like under 300 trillion!!! 300 million people x $1.00 = 300 million dollars

Its the Concept. Maybe to realistically think about it we could come up with a better or more suitable number. But I think most Americans are too scared to ask for their own Money. I just think its time we take providing all types of business entities with lucrative bailouts and tax incentives we give our selves a bailout. After all its our money.
