It might be a "person" at fertilization, but might become "people" later on. lol I wonder what they would do in the case of a blighted twin? Who killed that "person"? Was it the woman, or the the other twin? Sometimes the bigger stronger twin will absorb the other. MURDER!!!!!! Put that baby in jail as soon as it born!!!!
