Romney's going out of his way to make himself look like a regular guy
Edited on Thu Nov-10-11 03:47 PM by bigtree
. . . here's how he answered a question in the debate about his flip-flopping: (http://dailycaller.com/2011/11/09/romney-says-hes-not-a-flip-flopper-but-a-man-of-steadiness-and-constancy)

“I think people know me pretty well … People understand I’m a man of steadiness and constancy. I don’t think you are going the find somebody who has more of those attributes than do I. I have been married to the same woman for 25 — excuse me — I will get in trouble. For 42 years. I have been in the same church my entire life. I worked at one company for 25 years. And I left that to go off and help save the Olympic Games

. . . so, he's had a good life. The vast majority of Americans who haven't led such a privileged life must be 'unsteady' and 'inconstant'. Funny stuff . . .

In June, he told a group of unemployed people in Florida that he was "also unemployed . . ."

Returning to Florida in September, the candidate claimed that he was part of the middle class . . .

"As to what to do for the housing industry specifically and are there things that you can do to encourage housing: One is, don't try to stop the foreclosure process. Let it run its course and hit the bottom," Romney told the editorial board of the Las Vegas Review Journal . . .

. . . here's Romney complaining federal employees make more than him: (http://videocafe.crooksandliars.com/david/romney-complains-federal-employees-make-more)

1. He is a consistent flip-flopper, no two ways about it.
He's Mr. everything to all people.

2. His net worth is 250 million yet he keeps saying
us and we when he talks about the unemployed and the middle class. Moron.

3. Has he asked if he can "get me a huntin' license here" yet?
Candidate from both sides have, for years, tried to portray themselves as "regular guys" and it usually only makes them look silly.

4. Doesn't he live in a king-sized house with maids?? $250 million dollars is quite a bit of jack.

I don't think there is anything "regular" about Romney.
Not even his bowel movements are what some would consider regular!

5. Well, like a regular jerk ...
with a very jerky record of positions taken.
