In 15 minutes, the Mayor and a delegation from the City of Rochester are meeting us AT our general assembly to present their agreement to a 24-hour Occupation of Washington Square Park and the immediate dismissal of all charges against the 48 arrested OccupyRochester supporters.
Of course, the details of the tentative agreement are unknown, and must be decided upon by consesus by the general assembly, but this is HUGH!!!1!
Updates will follow as necessary...

According to our legal advisor, the dismissal of the charges is a SEPARATE agreement that is still being worked out, as much as they can release is that it is *favorable* to those charged...
