The anarchists and other assorted hooligans of 1920. And this columnist also seems to think they're being manipulated by some sinister anti-American forces out there somewhere. Gaddafi said the Libyans were imperialist tools whose Nescafe had been spiked by Al Qaeda. In Syria and Bahrain, they're also outside agitators and hooligans and terrorists, probably paid by Mossad.
People on here believe it too, at least when it came to the Libyans.
