Dorothy Parker on Rick Perry?
His ignorance was an Empire State Building of ignorance. You had to admire it for its size.

3. She said it about someone else, but it applies to Rick Perry
If he was any dumber, they'd have to water him twice a week.

4. In some ways society hasn't changed a lot. You look a writers
from the past and you see a lot of stupdity among politicians. Mark Twain HL Menken, the list goes on.

6. Sure wish Anne Richards was still with us to tell us in that soft drawl exactly
what she thought about Rick Perry. She would be having a helluva time watching him self-destruct.

7. I have always adored Dorothy Parker.
Any clues as to whom (who?) she was referring to? During her lifetime?
Actually it's perfect for all of the clown show candidates. Even Newt Gingrich is not nearly as smart as he thinks he is...
