Edited on Fri Nov-11-11 07:18 AM by DainBramaged
what does that make you?

If you send death threats to a man who discovered the pedophile enabled by your coach who was fired

and it was your child he sodomized, how would you feel?

If you think sports is more important than protecting children, and that protecting pedophiles or your beloved football coach who enabled the pedophile who sodomized a LOT of children,

what does that make you?

Shame

1. In studies it is said that serial pedophiles molest on average 150 kids
Edited on Fri Nov-11-11 07:20 AM by justiceischeap
before they are caught.

I don't condone sending death threats to anyone but I hope McQueary and the others that did nothing realize what a huge mistake they've made.

2. I think it has more to do with the fact that the man did nothing to stop it.

If you witnessed a sex attack taking place, would you just run home and wait until THE NEXT DAY to report it?!

Why weren't the police called IMMEDIATELY?

Why didn't he intervene and rescue the kid?

McQueary is as guilty as Paterno!

If he had acted properly, he could have prevented far more abuse!

5. No. McQueary is infinitely MORE guilty!
A 28 year old big strong man who does not have the guts to stop a child rape in progress is a sick, sick, cowardly bastard.

8. Oh hell yes there is.
What kind of coward sees the act with their own two eyes and does nothing to stop it.

10. So who dies and who goes to jail for life?
All are guilty equally, but calling in death threats because the fucking football coach got fired and you're replacing hin is absurd.

Give us a break.

6. Was that amazing?
I put that person in the same category as those who call in death threats. Keyboard commandos who, when push comes to shove, wet their pants and run. There are heavy federal penalties for cyber bullies and threatening via the Internet. And we got his IP address............

They claim they believe in free speech, but only if they are talking.

11. not condoning death threats but even if McQueary isn't legally
being held responsible...morally he should have contacted the appropriate authorities, imo.

13. Guessing the anger is because he witnessed it and walked away, allowing the assault to continue
And I get that.

15. Even if you "get it"
it's still wrong to make death threats. Plus, I agree with those who are saying the people making death threats are people who care more about Paterno being out than McQuery's role in doing nothing when faced with a child rapist.

Can't vent about anything for too long without getting caught in these quandries: want McQuery to go down, then you're siding with those who support Paterno? Want Paterno to go down, then you support McQuery getting off the hook? I think maybe the things left to say about the sex abuse at PSU are dwindling here...

14. I'm guessing the death threats are coming from a few "Paterno Nation"
members, who see McQueary as the key linchpin in the fall of their messiah...

17. If you send death threats to anyone...
...it makes you a person who sends death threats to people.

A criminal.
