...other than showing up for booking. He posted a $10K bond and is out awaiting appeal. He is probably going to stretch it out on hopes he can get a favorable judge in Texas to hear his appeal. I think by the time it does go to court, the verdict will be bought and paid for by the Texas GOP powers. Welcome to "Good Ole Boy" justice in Texas. Money talks. They'll narrow it down to a few judges, cut a few checks, and voila! Overturned! It'll make page seven of the news and then it'll disappear faster than the WMDs in Iraq.
