If George W Bush was a war criminal for torturing and renditioning prisoners to other countries to be tortured, would Barack Obama be a war criminal if he did the same?

I believe that since he and his administration refuse to prosecute the existing war criminals as required by international and national laws, he is at this time guilty of malfeasance and abetting after the fact....

8. Sad to say but YES he is in fact a War Criminal
It is Required by International Treaty that the USA Investigate and Prosecute Torture.. Obama by refusing to do so has put himself in the same catagory as those he is letting walk free.
