Kids called for cops to let the medic through. Medic crossed lines and took care of patient until ambulance arrived and took patient away. It was a textbook interaction actually.

Patient was conscious and talking when city paramedics loaded him onto an ambulance.

By the way a kid, they are not, but they look that way to me, so nothing bad intended.
