23. Ok. From what I understand, over 20k means your taxes will be going down.
However withholding might be done at a higher rate than before, which means you should see the money back when you get your tax refund.

24. Tax cuts for the rich NEVER expire on the other hand tax cuts for the poor
expire on the button, no questions asked and no extensions allowed. Period. End of story. If you are poor shut up and suck it up, too bad for you.
