Occupy Denver: Civic Center Park has now been vacated and closed. Lincoln Park i...s also closed. At 6PM each of these, city and state parks have been closed by the Mayor and Governor in DIRECT violation of Constitutional and UN Sanctioned Human Rights to peacefully assemble and protest. If this doesn't enrage you then you're not paying attention. If it does... #OCCUPY. The resistance continues! Stay tuned

They did here in Rochester, and the position of the City of Rochester changed overnight. LITERALLY.

The state-level NYCLU and a major civil rights attorney here in Rochester went in on Wednesday afternoon, and we had a SIGNED agreement from the Mayor AT our general assembly on Thursday afternoon....
