Judge who freed Sandusky tied to 2nd Mile
The judge who granted bail to former Penn State coach Jerry Sandusky was a volunteer for his Second Mile charity, according to her biography on her former law firm's website.

Sandusky was arrested on Nov. 5 and charged with 40 counts of sexual abuse of young boys over a 15-year period.

Deadspin, a sports blog, reported that upon Sandusky's arraignment, prosecutors requested $500,000 bail for Sandusky. They also wanted him to wear a leg monitor.

However, Judge Leslie Dutchcot freed Sandusky on $100,000 unsecured bail, meaning he'll only have to pay if he doesn't show up for court.

1. A basic Google of her name revealed that. Can't believe how many news outlets
are asleep at the switch on this story. It's disgraceful.

Talk about "One hand washes the other!"

2. I know...that's why the Internet is so important...alternate sites and even
individuals are easily able to do the work the MSM is too lazy to do.

3. Wow! Anyone else get the feeling a lot of people would be relieved if Jerry suicides while on bail?
Black capsule - Kenny Lay style. No need to deal with the implications of his testimony. Case closed.

5. And...like Kenny, he would die AN INNOCENT MAN.
Wouldn't lose his pension annuity for his wife, his estate would remain untouched, his victims would get no justice.

A very neat little bow on that situation, all around. Even the people accused of "covering" for him would be off the hook--after all, there would be no conviction. Who did they "cover" for? Why, an INNOCENT MAN.

Football could go on at Pedo State, get out the big broom, sweep it all under the rug. Go Team!

I'd never say it could never happen, because any time I do that, it HAPPENS!

10. I will not EVER believe Ken Lay isn't sunning on a beach somewhere.
The whole situation surrounding his "death" was just one tick too convenient.

4. He didn't put up a penny..
I wish people would stop calling it bail, he was basically released on his own recognizance.

Not to detract from your point (which I posted yesterday I think it was or maybe the day before) because it bears repeating...

7. I've posted this on at least 3 threads in the last 24 hours and none of the legal eagles comment
It really appears to be a conflict of interest doesn't it?

Maybe that this information is now an OP, someone in the legal profession will finally take a stab at this and let us know about the propriety of this judge, and if perhaps her involvement with the foundation may have impacted the bail amount etc.

It is very obvious...

...that Jerry Sandusky is only the tip of the iceberg.

If so many surrounding him, did nothing--when they discovered that he was raping little
boys in the shower--and that witnesses saw this--I think it's clear that Sandusky was
more than a pedophile.

He was most likely trafficking little boys through his charity.

The only people who would cover for an active child rapist, are those who share the same
dysfunction. I don't give a damn how much you love football or Penn State--the majority
of people are horrendously disgusted by pedophiles and the mere thought of an adult having
any sexual contact with a child.

To not have that reaction--is to share it. Plain and simple.

The whole, "Oh, they were protecting the mighty Penn State" is hogwash.

There are an untold number of people who were using Sandusky's "charity" to obtain victims.

Have you ever wondered why Sandusky had sex with a boy in a glass shower--where anyone could walk
in and see? Most pedophiles hide their crimes. Sandusky's brazen behavior was a symptom of how
widespread and deep this problem went--and that it went on for years with absolutely no consequences.

Even when people witnessed it!

There are most likely hundreds of pedophiles, connected to all of this--who are sweating it out right now.

11. Here's an alternative take on the same evidence - Mob point-shaving operation. Blackmail, lots of
people at all levels have been compromised in various ways. Sandusky was easy to compromise. The others, once they found out about Sandusky, and did nothing, were also easy to manipulate as potential accessories. Some of them were also getting rich as part of the deal. And, it isn't just this school or even college sports, or football . . .

The Mob - it's how it operates.
