The police hold up everything which is bad about this country. Not only do they protect the corporate state, they protect all the things that come with it, such as the classist system, and uphold white privilege.

There is NOTHING I hate more than a police officer in uniform.

I also don't agree with yours.

The police are a paramilitary force that fosters a right-wing culture. There are plenty of racist, violent sociopaths that put on a badge everyday and would love nothing more than to club a liberal right in their teeth.

That isn't to say that all cops are that way. But many are.

I've known a lot of cops, some were pretty decent, many were complete assholes, one was a good friend. Regardless, with the uniform comes Duty, that duty is towards the government and the government is the tool of the ruling class. When orders come down they are obeyed or else you're no longer a cop. When it comes to class conflict and they enforce the 'order' of the ruling class they are scabs.
