I hope OWS sues the holy living fuck out of the NYPD and Bloomberg - make them pay for every piece of property they destroyed, every injury from every baton, tear-gas cannister, rubber bullet, etc.
Make this cost the fuckers millions!

7. Right. I was thinking after reading Bloomberg's statement that "The law that created Zuccotti Park |
|
required that it be open for the public to enjoy for passive recreation 24 hours a day. Ever since the occupation began, that law has not been complied with, as the park has been taken over by protesters, making it unavailable to anyone else," I was thinking, any time a person is taking up any space in a public park, no one else can occupy that space. For instance, if my family and I are taking up an entire bench in a park, then no-one else can sit on that bench. So, does that mean we can or will be "evicted"? I don't see that happening.
So, extrapolated to all of the people in Zucotti Park, they shouldn't be evicted either.
