Hey boys and girls, remember all the hand wringing and wailing over the "Too Big To Fail" banks? |
|
Well guess what, thanks to the powers that be in and out of gubmint we have, today, FEWER banks than we had back then. And guess what else? Those fewer banks are . . . . . wait for it . . . . . BIGGER!
YIPPEE!
Feeling better yet?
Look up fascism. Look up oligarchy. Look up Fuck You.

If dinosaurs had lobbyists they might still be around today.

add an action below, because we do have the power but too many people don't know how to make a difference.

But I foresee a day when JP Morgan Chase and other banks are holding -0- deposits and are floating on Federal Reserve loans.
The people in charge now have their hands directly in the treasury. They are DARING us to do something about it.
Should be interesting to see what happens.

The first two, "fascism" and "oligarchy" I remember.
But I seem to draw a blank on that third one!

8. You've nailed it. It's called removing the competition. |

Capitalism can work. But we've propped up something that fails in a way that makes big money for a few.
Same with military contracts.
I looked up moxie last night. Little did I know it was America's very first soft drink. Moxie. I'm not sure why it isn't more popular than it is. But it got me thinking.

Remember the behaviors that imploded the banks and the economy in 2008? The banks are still engaging in those corrupt behaviors!
Can I get another, "YIPPEEE!"?
Yeah. We've still got derivatives. We've still got credit-default swaps. And can someone tell me where all of those worthless mortgage-backed securities went? Seriously. Those securities--which were worth nothing and were so worthless and screwed up--that their worth was indeterminable--are still out there, aren't they?
Where are they? Bof A purchased Lehman, right? Didn't Lehman have a shit-ton of those worthless mortgage-backed securities on their books?
It's pre-2008 all over again, and anyone who doesn't see this one coming--needs to open their eyes.

Just declare all their tons and tons of papers, including dollars and cents, irrelevant, and all their numbers worthless.
Done.
Their 'perceived' power is gone up in fumes from that very moment in time.
