just took a walk..talking to myself the entire way. Ows protesters have been beaten, their message marginalized, their property and food and shelter taken from them, raided in the middle of the night for standing up against the injustice. We have this right...and now elected officials from 18 occupy cities, have admitted to conspiring against the movement. Some cities in this country are going bankrupt because of wall street crimes. I'm sick of this. I think this is a crime that deserves prosecution. The streets are a little less tidy while Americans across the country attempt to take our country back. Get over it mayors, what you have done is despicable.

I really wonder if anyone will pursue this.. an agressive attorney is needed. Since the 1% seem to own the system, its gonna be difficult.

22. This does not appear to apply?
Edited on Wed Nov-16-11 10:04 AM by snot
It clearly applies to conspiracies to deprive people of "equal protection of the laws," or of voting or advocating for candidates in an election.

But the occupiers are not advocating for any candidate. The only way I see this could apply is if the cities were preventing OWS from camping white allowing, say, Teapartiers to camp.
