Wisconsin: Recall Walker rally in Madison on Saturday
Per the Wisconsin Education Association Council (WEAC)

SATURDAY, November 19

Recall Walker Kickoff Rally:
Pre-rally activities at 11:00 a.m., Rally at 1:00 p.m.
Wisconsin State Capitol, State Street side

Shuttle Buses for the November 19th Kick-off Rally to Recall Scott Walker will be running between the Alliant Energy Center/Exhibition Center and the square from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. It will cost $6 to park a car in the Alliant lot, but the cost to ride the shuttle is free. People using the shuttle should follow signage posted in the Alliant lot to the South Lot where the shuttles will pick people up at Building #4 behind the Exhibition Hall.

The Alliant Energy Center is located off the Beltline (Highways 12 and 18) in Madison at Rimrock Road Exits (Exit 262).

Alliant Energy Center directions/map

Volunteers are needed to work the rally. You will find a volunteer sign up form on the We Are Wisconsin website at www.wearewisconsin.org.

.....

If you don't mind a short walk, I suggest parking on Jenifer Street, as close to the bus turn-around as you can. It's free, and a scant six blocks from the Square.

See you in Madison Saturday.
