No decision yet on the NYC OWS restraining order.
Edited on Tue Nov-15-11 04:32 PM by MineralMan
There are some people inside the courtroom tweeting. As soon as a ruling is handed down, you'll see it here. It should be very soon:

Until a ruling is made, there is no news, but you can watch the twitter feed. It's a good one, and reliable.

1. What's going on?
If the judge has ruled in favor of OWS, then what's going on?

How long does it take for the judge's ruling to be "handed down?"

Is someone/something trying to rescind the decision?

What does this say for the "rule of law?"

2. That was an earlier hearing. That judge was removed from the
case and there has been a new hearing. The ruling from that is about to emerge.

You can follow the progress at the link above. Until this new judge rules, the old ruling is not valid.

5. The twitter feed from inside is more likely to provide accurate
information.
