So let me get this straight: NYC finds it justice to go through multiple judges
until they get the ruling they want?!

Am I missing anything here?

1. They're scared now. And desperate. That's why they aren't even
bothering to hide the corruption anymore.

2. It was inevitable that occupiers be prohibited from camping out eventually...

You can't really move permanently into a public/private park.

What happened this morning is a judge was awoken in the middle of the night
and issued a temporary restraining order against NYC, but the NYC government
apparently ignored the order. A hearing was scheduled on the order during the
day with a judge randomly selected from the pool of judges. The new judge
didn't extend the temporary order. His decision can be read here:

3. "the NYC government apparently IGNORED the order."....
IGNORED the order from a sitting Supreme Court Judge. That says it all, imo.

And, Judge shopping isn't. ( If you can afford it )

There is some sort of double standard here... Can't put my finger on it tho. :eyes:
