So let me get this straight: NYC finds it justice to go through multiple judges

You can't really move permanently into a public/private park.

What happened this morning is a judge was awoken in the middle of the night
and issued a temporary restraining order against NYC, but the NYC government
apparently ignored the order. A hearing was scheduled on the order during the
day with a judge randomly selected from the pool of judges. The new judge
didn't extend the temporary order. His decision can be read here:
