This graph is as close as I can get to ur Q.

From the cuts one can estimate how much tax was avoided... Hence how much wealth was kept from uncle sam. ....17 trillion since 1966. Avoided not evaded...all nice and legal due to trickledown accepted by the voters. Sad.
