6. We do live in interesting times. |

I feel weary even posting on this subject in an honest manner. A robust democracy requires a certain degree of trust in order to have a functioning civil society. This type of secret coordinated mass action by a militarized domestic police force is exactly the type of thing which erodes that trust. (not to mention warrant-less wiretaps) A dark day indeed.

12. Yeah... And If We Are All Paying Attention, This Is Not Solely About The Rich... |
|
this is about the rich people that are buying our politicians, gaming the system, and screwing over the rest of us.
MM does not fit into that category.
Certain Democrats on the other hand...

then so is Moore. He does fit in the category that was pounded into the pavement here by those who despise the rich.

36. How do you explain self-professed members of the 1% who were participating in OWS? |
|
This is not about class warfare, this is about economic justice. Not all wealthy people are criminals, but the criminal element is controlling our political system.

16. Sorry, but Mike is more of a hero than Obama will ever be. |
|
Mike has had his comfortable shoes on for years. He has been making movies to tell people what is going on. He hasn't been sitting on his ass, watching a computer program game the investing system to make his 'millions'. And, by the way, Mike has a lot of people on his payroll, and for most of his movies, they were self financed.
But, go ahead, dump on Mike, won't make me feel any better about Obama.

You go out of your way to explain why every 1%er Democratic politician is actually on our side, but not Michael Moore, huh?
How much money do you think Mr. and Mrs. Obama's post-WH home will cost? That doesn't signify anything, I'm sure.

Moore puts his whole being into this. Does he make $$? of course but he doesn't have to do the things that he does. He is at OWS all of the time. he's not that good of an actor to fake all that he does. ;)

29. Moore on Olbermann tonight ... says Obama's Justice Department involved ... |
|
have been giving "logistical and tactical advice and support" --
"Homeland Security involved -- "
Moore noted that all the tactics of police have been the same --
And that Obama should be asked "WHY?" he has done this -- nation supports OWS!!
Why? Obama is Wall Street -- OWS is anti-Wall Street -- !!

OWS is supported when it's politically convenient, if the winds change, and they have and it becomes politically inconvenient to support or even associate with the movement then they have to be wiped out. They can't have any of this going on when there is an election to win. Afterall, how can Obama win reelection if things are so bad that people are taking to the streets? Don't assume that just because a person has a (D) next to their name means they have your best interest in mind, of course, we all know this. Or, we are getting it now. Just my opinion.
