We cannot be made to take the role of victim! They are bullying us into it, BE CAREFUL of mindset! Do not allow your morale to flag for a moment! Attitude is key! If scattered, return immediately and set up camp. Set up shifts of resistance so everyone does not fall tired after a night of resisting police; they'll move in when everyone rests! Say NO! to the illegal orders from police and "authorities"! We are draining their operational budgets dry, so ENDURE! KEEP COMING BACK!

Say NO! 24/7 for as long as it takes!

4. Firewalk, I have to disagree...
I've been a part of the Occupation in Portland.

It has been beautiful
It has been glorious
It has been empowering

But it is time to shift gears.

I honestly don't believe that 24/7 park Occupations are sustainable. (they have already broken the 24/7 Occupations in most cities)

(of course, that's only my 2c)

I think the next phase needs to find ways for permanent infrastructure bases, combined with rolling/mobile Occupations.

We need to get smarter, more agile, more focused.

We need to build on what we've begun.

And we need to relax and have fun. After all, no one gets out alive.

cannot be broken, cannot be scattered, CANNOT AND WILL NOT!

What did Gandhi do?!

These ARE our streets, these ARE our parks, this IS OUR COUNTRY!

9. This is not a Gandhian movement...
Gandhi's Satyagryha movement was a specific religious discipline, that had tens (hundreds) of thousands of people ready to follow orders, up to and including being willing to sacrifice their lives.

The analogy does not carry (at least not yet) to the Occupy movement.

It's much more diverse. It's much more de-centralized.

AND! It is much less focused. That is both the strength, and the weakness of the Occupation.

10. It is as stunningly powerful as WE make it. Peaceful change occurs when enough people say NO!
Say YES to saying NO!, all together so that we are heard, so that our voice is our WILL! They are pushing us with their only weapon because they are SCARED...WE are winning! We cannot back down a single inch!

7. There's something to be said for floating occupations
Those have resulted in successful prevention of carrying out foreclosures.

8. I think that it is a brilliant idea, especially when there's a return such as that.
I fully agree that we need to have more like this, thanks for the concept.
