Former US Attorney General Paul Clement (huh? really?), hardest of hard-core right-wing lawyers, takes a break from preparing to argue the legality of HCR to sponsor a dinner. Guests of honor: Scalia and Thomas. Not just guests, guest of honor. At a dinner sponsored by the law firm arguing one side of the case.



And Republicans want Kagan to recuse herself because she worked in the system when the law was passed? Hypocrisy is a Republican core value.
