Poll question: What would it take for an elected Repub to recognize a job-killing bill?
Or is the proper term "job-destroying" after the Tucson shooting? 'Cuz that's, like, so much less inflammatory and stuff.

1. I think a full brain transplant would work
My guess is that any mammalian brain would suffice.

But that option isn't available, so I voted 'nothing'.

2. voting nothing is due to the method.
Edited on Thu Jan-20-11 04:04 AM by RandomThoughts
When I was in the bar, and they asked to buy my Logan's Run shirt, they were not asking for my shirt but to buy me, by me doing something just for the money, even if it was to mock or insult me. When they asked me to be mean to someone outside of law, justice, or compassion, not even understanding what I was doing, they were not asking for a better reason with a better intent, but with intimidation.

So they got nothing.

But as I said in a post long ago, if they had needed the shirt, or even just asked for it without that 'mode' of thought, I would have happily gave it to them.

It is not the items, it is the purpose and the method.

So when the bankers say 'if they would not have made a scene'

I say the same thing, the difference is what a scene is. And if they want me to give up something to bow to them, what would they expect for how people treat them. And in the working world some want you to think the bosses are better then you, if you do not, they don't feel special by domination.

On a side note, nobody should bow to people, so don't expect that nor want that. However I do expect payment of the beer and travel money that is due to me, even if nobody owes it.
