7. It didn't really sound too bad
For the most part, entitlements are exempt. Most agencies take a significant cut, so it's unclear what effect that would ultimately have. The military takes a huge hit, so for that reason alone I doubt the GOPhers will allow it to happen. I look to see some serious concessions in the way of tax increases on the rich at the 11th hour.
