Do you consider this a threat against the President's life?

A friend sent me this link and asked me the same question. Even though the poster didn't use the "word", I think the implication is clear. I suggested that he find new friends.
Here is the first reply to a question about who the President threatened,,,

"actually, our voters can't do crap. the only kind of person that can stop him now is something that begins with "S" and rhymes with "Diaper"

I think it is a threat, thinly veiled, but a threat nonetheless. What do you think?

In a forum about the subject of firearms, someone says the only person who can stop the president is a sniper, in simple coded language. Yes, I'd say that is a threat and should be reported to the secret service.

This looks like a potential threat, so say something.

8. Not much of a threat, not scary at all

The reply didn't indicate any intent to do anything. It seemed more like a wish that "somebody" would do something. If it's a threat, it's pretty weak.

If I were president, would I feel threatened by this lame post on a forum? Probably not.

But it's in poor taste, and would probably merit a tombstone if it was posted on DU.
