Dennis Miller visited the O’Reilly Factor Wednesday night (11/16/11) for another dose of his mean-spirited, aging-hipster prattle that passes for humor on Fox News. Wednesday night’s “joke?” Miller quipped, “I just flew five hours from L.A. to New York next to an Islamic kid who was in his 30’s. I couldn’t even watch the movie. I just fantasized about hitting him an elbow if he went up to take a whizz.” I’m not sure which was worse: the joke or the fact that host Bill O’Reilly obviously didn’t mind a bit.

I'm sorry I ever watched Miller on SNL at this point. He and Victoria Jackson should have been drowned at birth. Were they ever funny? How does Miller still have a career?

This is off-topic, but it reminded me I was reading about Andy Warhol's Factory and his filmmaking partner/director Paul Morrissey, was described as a "reactionary conservative" who never liked drugs or any of the stuff portrayed in his films -- as was Warhol. A Catholic preppie, US Army vet, who despite having no career to speak of after Warhol somehow remains a well-heeled member of the demimonde. It made me wonder what was actually going on in those times.

He is a regular political commentator on Fox News Channel's The O'Reilly Factor in a segment called "Miller Time", and previously appeared on the network's Hannity & Colmes in a segment called "Real Free Speech".

and you know a while back he had a show & was a sports commentator. so he's still in the game.

I watched SNL back in the days Dennis Miller was on there. He really wasn't all that funny. Seems he was always laughing, I guess at himself, thinking "how clever am I?" Islamic kid in his 30s? Someone in his 30s is a kid? And there is nothing funny to me about someone fantasizing about injuring someone else because of his or her (no doubt a guess on Miller's part) religion. Sounds like Dennis Miller needs to get some anger management counseling.
