2. Not for a while
The '60 riots really got going with the Harlem riot of '64. The biggest was Detroit in '67 with 43 dead, 467 injured, over 7,200 arrests, and more than 2,000 buildings destroyed. Riots related to civil rights and the Vietnam war tapered off in '71.

So if history is your guide, we are about six years from Kent State.
