18. as a matter of fact - YES - it took me about 3 or 4 days and a couple of dozen tries

eventually, it got through. In my case it might be some peculiarity of my address - living in a U.S. Territory but not one of the 50 states might have been what was screwing it up. Also, arbitrarily it wouldn't take one of my credit cards, but it took another one - even though both are well within their limits.

Anyway, maybe a note to DU admin and there might be some way to skip over all the hassle.
