As long as it isn't their head. They are "law and order" types who believe that as long as you aren't doing anything wrong you have nothing to worry about. They actually would like an SS style police force because they sincerely believe that anyone getting roughed up by the police must somehow be deserving of it. They'd like it if people could just be shot in the street for any perceived crime so as not to bother with rights and a trial and so-forth that would suck up any of their tax dollars. They of course believe that they themselves would never be subject to any such treatment because they believe that it would somehow be known that they themselves are innocent of any wrongdoing. In a very scary way it's much like the "good Germans" attitude during the Nazi era.

As for OWS, well, read what they say. They believe that all of the protesters involved are guilty of some sort of wrongdoing and are deserving of whatever the police have done to them or will do in the future. They are of the belief that the protesters despite video evidence to the contrary are lighting things on fire, breaking things, and generally creating unlawful mayhem - every single one of them. Yet they also believe that their mere presence alone is unlawful because they are protesting something they say they don't believe in. Which is hilariously ironic since much of what OWS is protesting is EXACTLY the same was what the teabaggers protested about at least when it first started which was exactly why they chose the whole "tea party" theme. But, like always, they never see their own hypocrisy.

As for what we would do if the police had treated them the same way... isn't it obvious? We would be doing essentially the same thing they are - pointing and laughing and believing that somehow they must be deserving. We engage in the same exact R vs. D lunacy that they do. They only difference being that it isn't all inclusive as it always is with them. Here at least there would be a faction that noticed our own hypocrisy and disagreed with the treatment though they'd get a whooping for it and accused of being a right wing troll.
