A driver was stuck in a traffic jam on the highway outside Washington , DC . Nothing was moving. Suddenly, a man knocks on the window.
The driver rolls down the window and asks, "What's going on?"
"Terrorists have kidnapped Congress, and they're asking for a $100 million dollar ransom. Otherwise, they are going to douse them all in gasoline and set them on fire. We are going from car to car, collecting donations."
"How much is everyone giving?" the driver asks.
The man replies, "Roughly a gallon" ***

4. You know how staunch anti-death penalty people will sometimes make an exception? |
|
This is my exception. I think ruining the world economy and driving the planet to ecological crisis and being responsible for an incredible amount of suffering and death over the whole globe is a severe enough crime for me to make an exception to my horror of the state murdering people.
That applies to Congress and the banksters and the corporate CEOs.
After the revolution, can we go have trials in Nuremberg again?

First smile of the month, it feels like. If I stretch and do warm soaks every night, maybe I can get back to a grin.
