8. 60 Wall Street is a particularly bad design

It has a large ground floor atrium that is open to the public and which the public can walk through to get from Wall Street to Pine Street. IIRC, there are also stores and/or restaurants accessible from the atrium.

Office buildings should only have a small lobby with a security desk so that only properly identified and credentialed people are admitted beyond the small lobby.

There are bank data centers located above parking structures dating from those days. It makes you wonder what they were thinking.
