How about this idea? Every time a US company ships a job out of the country...
... we hit them with a tax of five times the salary and benefits of said job?


Would that slow it down?

Had some pidgin English speaking person call the house about student loans, I realized we are snookered by Congress on the jobs issue.

How hard would it be to enact a law stating that the student loan collection process has to be handled by out of work US students who need the money? Who are fluent in English and can attend the class or two needed to explain various complexities of the student loan process. (The class could be on-line.)
