Watch 50 teens allegedly stealing from a 7-Eleven
Montgomery County police have released surveillance video from a Silver Spring 7-Eleven allegedly showing about 50 teens and young adults taking pretty much whatever they wanted without paying: snacks, drinks, you name it.

Lovely world we live in.

The group swooped in on the store, on Tech Road, around 11:30 p.m. on Saturday. In the videos, “customers” can be seen walking in and out of the store with snacks, bypassing the cash register to settle up on the charges.

A similar flash mob crime unfolded at a Germantown 7-Eleven in August, but police don’t think there is any connection — except, of course, brazen thefts caught on tape.

1. They learned from the Masters of the Universe on Wall Street..
The main difference is the kids will be punished if they get caught.

10. Yes. The wall street thinking is "if everybody does it it isn't a crime".

4. "In 2008, Montgomery County was the second richest county in terms of per capita income in the state
and 13th richest in the United States, with a median household income of $92,213."

"It is one of the most affluent counties in the United States,<1> and has the highest percentage (29.2%) of residents over 25 years of age who hold post-graduate degrees"

7-11 needs to carefully prep mug shots from the videos and take out some full page ads.

8. It works. No one is willing to stop anyone from doing it unless they are poor. Why SHOULDN'T they?
I'm not saying it's a good thing.

I'm saying there are no motivations for them not to do it. If they're of the class that is going to run the country, then this is exactly what they are learning to do on a large scale. As much as we whine about Wall Street, our universities are still turning out students trained in current practice, not in some hypothetical ideal.

9. Next we'll hear these types of events are happening because all the police are busy with Occupiers.
Actually this is another, disgusting type of occupying isn't it?

Sadly I say we should expect more of this in the future.
