2. Hehe...I do this all the time for politicians' head shots.
Whiten the teeth and eyes, remove blemishes, sunspots and wrinkles. Just part of the job.

3. I hear there's a great "grey matter" filter available.
It adds or subtracts, depending on whether you're
processing the guy on your side or the opponent.

5. Opposition gets thick halftone screens, lots of reds and dark colors, and shadows.
It's always easier to do the bad guys! And lots more fun.

7. It's been obvious to me for some
years now that the vast majority of photos I see in magazines have been enhanced in some way. Maybe that's why the more candid pictures that show up in the tabloids are so fascinating, because then you get to see what the celebrity really looks like.

Here's another thing: So many women have their boobs done, that I wonder if younger males have any actual clue what women's real breasts look like.

8. Been that way since before Hefner discovered the airbrush

Photoshop tools are simply digital versions of retouching tools that have been the mainstay of magazine photography.
