Occupy Wall Street prepares 5,000 Thanksgiving meals

NEW YORK -- Occupy Wall Street protesters say they're getting ready to celebrate Thanksgiving with music performances and meals for 5,000 people.

Protesters will have turkey with all the fixings tomorrow, along with cranberries and mashed potatoes, said Cari Machet, a volunteer with the demonstrators' public relations working group.

They will also have gluten-free and vegetarian fare. The food is being donated by restaurants and individual supporters.

"It's going to be festive even though we're highly policed," Machet said.

2. I'm thrilled to know that Cassie will be there.
For those that don't know, Cassie has been a fixture on Bob Kinkaid and Malloy's show since she was like 14. In spite of the hardships she's endured she has done well.
Now she's at Princeton and doing fantastic.
